Professional Artist Residency Application - Call for Submissions

The Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre (DACC) is pleased to invite artists working in all visual arts mediums to apply for a three-month residency in our studio. DACC offers a dedicated research space, fully equipped studio facilities, and programming that reflects current trends in the visual arts and fine craft at a competitive rate of $500 per month.
Eligibility:
● Applicants must be recognized as professionals by their peers.
● Artists must demonstrate expertise in their proposed medium.
● Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a valid Canadian work permit at the time of the residency.
Benefits:
● Successful applicants will receive a letter of endorsement from CACD.
● Out-of-province residents are eligible for joint funding applications through CACD to ARTSNB.
● Private studio space will be provided for the duration of the residency.
Submission Requirements:
● Applicants must email their application file in PDF format, including:
● Artist bio and CV (maximum 2 pages)
● Detailed project proposal (maximum 350 words)
● 10 images of recent work
● Image list detailing title, medium, size, and year created for each image.
Incomplete applications will not be considered by the jury.
