If you have lost your ticket, don't worry, your name will be on the list at the entrance of the hall.

    • During box office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

BOX OFFICE POLICIES

  • Shows begin at the times indicated. Please be sure to arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Out of respect for patrons already in the theatre, latecomers will be asked to follow the rules set by the front desk staff.
  • It is forbidden to take pictures, film or record the entire performance.
  • Programming is subject to change without notice. 

SERVICE CHARGES

A service charge applies when purchasing tickets.

ADMISSION OF INFANTS

Each child occupying a seat must have a valid ticket for the performance they are attending. In the case of a young audience performance only, children two years of age and under may attend the performance free of charge on the parent's lap or in a baby carrier. The theatre reserves the right to ask the parent to leave the theatre if the child is disturbing the other spectators and the good conduct of the show.

EXCHANGE, CHANGE OF RESERVATION AND REFUND

  • Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable except in the case of cancellation or postponement to a later date.
  • However, the deadline for the refund of a postponed show is 1 day before the show. No refunds will be accepted after this date. 

POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

  • If the new date is convenient, customers may keep their tickets and they will be honored the night of the performance. Customers also have the option of exchanging their tickets for another performance.
  • When someone wants to purchase an additional ticket, box office staff is authorized to relocate all tickets to the same location if necessary.
