Living bridges - Bilingual Residency in duo at CACD
For 3 weeks, our bilingual residency brought together French- and English-speaking artists in duos, exploring language as creative material.

Living bridges, bilingual residency in duo project was financially supported by Department of Intergovernmental Affairs and official languages secretariat of New Brunswick through the Bilingualism Support Program.
For 3 weeks, our bilingual residency brought together French- and English-speaking artists in duos, exploring language as creative material.
Each week overlapped, creating unique collaborations across languages and perspectives.
From sculpture, clothing to ceramics, printmaking to music, and watercolor collage, each project explored identity, place, and bilingualism.
We also hosted a wonderful open studio on April 2, where artists shared their final works with the community.
