Harmony for All : Salebarbes Edition Concert 2024

The Harmony for All Project - Salebarbes Edition culminated with great success on February 23, 2024, during a public performance held at the Mathieu Martin School auditorium in Dieppe.
Over one hundred and fifty young musicians from the French-speaking school district ensembles - Mathieu Martin, l'Odyssée, and le Mascaret - came together to celebrate the pinnacle of Harmony for All - Salebarbes Edition. After months of harmonization and musical composition, particularly featuring pieces by the Salesbarbe group such as "Gin à l'eau salée," "Good Lord," and "La danse du Mardi gras."
The music teachers from the three participating ensembles, Justin Guignard, Martin McLaughlin, Clémentine, and Ricquier, acted as conductors.
Sébastien Michaud and François Émond were the two artists who rearranged the Salesbarbe group's scores to enable their interpretation by an orchestra.
This project, implemented by the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre in collaboration with DSF-S and the Ministry of Education and Early Childhood, is funded by The Action Group for the Commission on Francophone Schools (GACEF).
