Michel Robichaud

From 7:30pm to 8:45pm

Following the success of Beau Mystère, his debut album released in 2014, Michel Robichaud embarked on a series of tours, performing more than 250 shows over three years. Winner of the 46th edition of the Festival international de la chanson de Granby in 2014, he also received the prestigious Robert Léger Award for the quality of his writing and the originality of his song Beau mystère.

 

That same year, at the Festival en chanson de Petite-Vallée, he received the Audience Choice Award, the Artisti Award for Best Performance, and the Pauline-Julien Award from the CALQ for excellence in spoken expression.

In 2018, the Conseil de la culture des Laurentides awarded him the Excellence Prize in recognition of the poetic quality of his lyrics and the growing impact of his rising career.

In 2023, between his roles as an album director, videographer, and songwriting workshop instructor, Michel returned to his roots as a singer-songwriter with the release of his third album, Rallumer l’effort.
